DALLAS—September 23, 2016—Burns360, one of the Southwest’s leading integrated public relations and marketing agencies, has hired Dan Kiuna as its new web developer. He will build, maintain and help manage websites for the agency’s clients.

Kiuna has worked as a web developer for the past five years, beginning his career while a student at the University of North Texas. While in school, he maintained several university websites and trained faculty on how to add content to their course websites. After graduating, he joined 623 Media Group, a web development company, where he designed, developed and maintained several websites on behalf of clients.

Raleigh Kung, digital marketing manager for Burns360, said, “Dan has strong technical skills and is passionate about his work. I’m very glad to have him on our team.”

Kiuna has a deep understanding of wireframing techniques, Google Analytics and SEO utilization. He also has a wide range of technical experience, particularly with JavaScript, HTML, WordPress, and the Adobe Creative Suite.

“My goal whenever I design or upgrade an existing website is to create something I would enjoy clicking on myself,” said Kiuna. “Burns360 shares the same philosophy and gives me the opportunity to achieve my goals.”

Kiuna is a native of Nairobi, Kenya. He is a graduate of the University of North Texas, where he earned his degree in integrated studies, with a focus on math, computer science, and learning technologies.
