Don’t let the salt and pepper hair fool you. Michael Burns still thinks of himself as the new kid on the block. A former journalist who founded the company nearly three decades ago, Michael has jumped head first into the digital marketing age. And now you can’t get him to look back.

A specialist in strategic marketing and corporate communications, Michael’s core skills are in managing integrated communication campaigns for B2B companies, and keeping Burns360 at the forefront of new (and constantly changing) marketing innovations.

Michael readily admits to being a professional student. He holds BA and MA degrees from the University of Texas, an MBA from the University of Houston, and recently earned a certificate in digital communications from SMU. He also serves on the advisory board of SMU’s School of Communications, and has served on the boards of several Dallas charities, including the Ronald McDonald House, Children’s Cancer Fund, and Artreach-Dallas.

The only thing Michael loves more than learning and leading Burns360 is spending time with his family–his wife, his daughter, his new granddaughter, and even his son-in-law.

President

For Jennifer Green-Moneta, the agency’s Executive Vice President, life is all about experiencing new things. For years, she traveled the world managing the agency’s international clients, helping them market their products here in the U.S., all the while gaining an appreciation for other cultures and cuisines. With such a strong spirit for change, we feel pretty lucky to have kept her on the team for 20-plus years.

Jennifer’s children tend to keep her on this side of the pond these days, but that hasn’t stopped her from helping some of Burns360’s longest-standing clients reach new heights.

Jennifer has a strong background in media relations, marketing communications, and event planning. She has planned and managed programs to support product rollouts, market launches, corporate acquisitions/mergers, brand strategies, and more. She’s even hosted a ground-breaking event headlining former first lady, Barbara Bush. Her expertise has allowed her to excel in a number of industries including real estate, manufacturing, financial services, transportation, facility management, and home furnishings.

Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where she majored in Journalism. As someone who believes in making a difference, she serves on the Board of Directors for Shakespeare Dallas, the Advisory Board for Dwell with Dignity, and the PR committee for the Dallas Arboretum.

Though she still has a wanderlust and love of new experiences, Jennifer believes some of her best adventures today happen around the family dinner table. And at Burns360.

Lois WeaverLois Weaver
Creative Director

At Burns360, integrated communication may be our art, but great art can’t happen without great creativity. That’s where Lois Weaver comes into the picture.

Lois oversees the agency’s creative services. She has more than 25 years of experience as a professional designer and art director, and has won too many awards for creative types like us to count. Her breadth of experience spans every area of print and digital design, from corporate identity to websites, from collateral and advertising, from flash animation to multimedia presentations.

A graduate of Louisiana State University, Lois is also a highly talented musician. As if all of that isn’t enough, in recent years she has also earned a national reputation as a fine art mosaicist.

Jeff GreenJeff Green
Director of Operations/Account Supervisor

Double trouble. Times two. You read that right. Jeff Green is the father of two sets of twins. Since he prefers things in twos, we have him doing double duty in the office as well. He currently serves as the agency’s Director of Operations and as an Account Supervisor on some of the agency’s top accounts.

For nearly two decades (catch the theme here?), Jeff has developed and executed integrated communications programs for companies in a variety of industries, including information technology, professional services and financial services. Some of his notable clients include Retalix/NCR (retail technology), Fujitsu America (retail technology), Moravia IT (localization/translation), International Capital Management Corp. (wealth management), and Tamlin Software (enterprise resource planning systems).

Jeff bleeds maroon as a graduate of Texas A&M University, but the Longhorns here do their best not to hold it against him. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from A&M, and is also Hubspot Certified in Inbound Marketing.

Digital Marketing Manager

For some people, it just “clicks.” While studying for his Masters in Global Entrepreneurship, Raleigh’s career path took a change in course when he began to learn about the world of digital marketing. And he’s been learning more and more about digital marketing ever since.

As the agency’s Digital Marketing Manager, Raleigh specializes in inbound marketing, search engine optimization, and lead generation. With over five years of digital marketing experience, Raleigh has launched and managed multiple global websites, and has helped companies of all sizes to become more engaging and active online.

A graduate of the University of San Francisco, Raleigh has a soft spot for feel-good movies, and like most in our agency, he has a passion for travel. His personal goal is to travel (and tweet, post and Snapchat his way) through all 50 states.
